4. What is the recovery process like?

Recovery time is individual, just as you are. Often, patients are back to their normal activities within a day to a week. Some patients describe minor swelling and discomfort that resolves shortly, often without prescribed pain medications. Expect to be on a soft food diet for a period of time to allow the implants to osseointegrate and heal. Your Dental Implants GPS doctor will advise you of your customized plan. The best news, you’ll be able to once again eat the food that you loved after this short healing window.
